Supported Browsers

You may find incompatibilities with older versions of the web browsers listed below. Fusion recommends keeping your browsers up to date.

You may experience issues using browsers not listed below:

Security Software

Fusion recommend that you employ some type of modern cyber security software on the computer which you use to access Smartabase. Most modern operating systems come with some basic software which is adequate. However we have compiled a list of other popular software based on Operating system:

If you have other third party security software installed and are experiencing problems using Smartabase, we suggest disabling the software for testing purposes, clearing your browser's cache (see below), and attempting to use the Software again.

If disabling the software resolves the issue, but you'd still like to use it in conjunction with Smartabase, we suggest contacting the software support team for that product. They should be able to recommend settings that allow the Software to work unimpeded.

Clearing Cache

Clearing your browser cache is useful when you encounter an issue because sometimes cache already in your browser becomes corrupted for whatever reason preventing Smartabase from working correctly. One symptom of this is the site loading forever, or a weird error message.

Fusion recommend attemptinmg to clear your browser cache before esculating the issue. We have provided generic instructions below:
